John and Judith have moved into their fabulous newly completed Dahlia design Villa today.
The completion of this villa also marks the completion of the final villa in the original Tamworth Gardens estate as it was designed.
The estate now consists of 194 villas and 30 Assisted living apartments.
An announcement on new land to accommodate additional villa construction is imminent.
